How I Cured My Snoring Problem

In fact my was becoming such a serious problem for me that I was trying anything to stop it. I was so embarrassed to sleep with other people in the same room and would refuse to spend the night even with my most intimate partners. I mean, can you imagine having the most wonderful sex with an attractive, elegant and feminine lady who turns into a grunting pig with a sore throat when she sleeps?? With all due respect to pigs, I wasn’t willing to risk this image so I made up every excuse in the book for sleeping alone. I even avoided having relationships so that it would never get to the point of sleeping with someone. Now that can get pretty lonely; missing all the snuggling up in someone’s arms and sleeping like a baby, morning cuddles and creating more intimate relationships. Even my kids made fun of me and would close my bedroom door when they had friends coming to sleep-over because my embarrassed them too.Apart from the emotional side of this problem I didn’t really notice the health side of it until I managed to cure myself. Waking up tired and drained seemed to be a normal part of life. I didn’t realize that not being able to breathe properly was affecting my blood circulation as oxygen was not circulating well in my body and with my sinuses blocked I would often wake up with headaches.Well, like I said before I tried everything on the market: nose plasters, sinus sprays, mouth sprays and even spent most nights sleeping with a tape recorder beside my bed to see if they where preventing my snoring……Nothing! Null! And the worst part was actually listening to myself…..ouch!Then, instead of trying to cure the problem I started researching what actually caused the problem:Snoring is always caused by some kind of blockage in the breathing passage. When the breathing passage is blocked, the airflow (breathing) becomes irregular, not smooth flowing like it should be. This irregular airflow slams the soft tissues in your breathing passages around like a door in the wind. Your throat and mouth become like speakers, powered by powerful quantifier. The noise really gets loud when the soft palate (soft part at the back of the upper part of the mouth) begins to flap around. This most often happens when the soft palate is weak (not too big like most people claim). The trouble with curing is that there are so many types of things that can block the breathing passage. Most people also have more than one type of block making things even worse. Few examples of what may be causing you to snore… 1) If your throat is weak, it will close like a squeezed plastic bottle. This is believed to be the no1 cause of sleep apnoea. 2)

The throat may be weak and closes down when sleeping. This is the most common cause of sleep apnoea, very serious condition where is just a one sign. 3) Weak tongue also falls into the throat and block it. This is very common if you sleep on your back but can also happen when sleeping on your side. 4) I mentioned the soft palate before. If it is weak, then it will flap around more easily and make the sound. Notice that most of the time, the soft palate is not too big. It’s too weak. 5) The Soft palate may be too weak and not firm enough and will lay too close to the tongue, making it very easy to flap around and make the irritating sounds. 6) Any muscles tension around the breathing passage, like in the shoulders and neck, may press on the throat and narrow it. 7) Finally, anything that builds up in your throat will work as a dam for your breathing passage. The most common dams are fat or cigarette tags in the throat or allergy in the nasals. So how can we get rid of these blocks? I’ve found that you can train this part of your body just like any other part. Working out the breathing passages. The breathing passage and the area around it is very fragile so the exercises are fine tuned and do not require much effort, only a commitment of time for a few weeks. This is very fragile area so the exercises are fine tuned and do not demand much effort, only a of 7-12 minutes a day commitment for a few weeks. The objective is to:Strengthen the whole breathing passage and the area around it. Strengthen your tongue to prevent it from falling into your throat. Loosen up your jaw muscles to stop them from pressing on the breathing passage. You’ll be amazed how much more easy your breathing will be after you train your jaw muscles. The throat exercises open up the throat, preventing it from closing when you sleep. They’ll also strengthen and lift up your soft palate, so it won’t flap any more. The neck and shoulder exercises do the last trick. They remove tension from your neck and shoulders. Tension there leads to tension in all muscles around your head and throat. So it’s very good to loosen these muscles up. I started using these exercises 3 months ago, every day for 7-10 minutes and started feeling a difference after a couple of days. My breathing became free flowing and deeper and I was waking up more refreshed and alert. I waited for a couple of weeks before I set up my tape recorder beside me while I slept….not a sound! I sleep like a baby.I would love to help others cure this problem and share some of the stop exercises for FREE. Enjoy!
