Remember, if your written plan offers a product or service, you need customers who are happy from the interaction with you. If you make customers happy, they will return for more and tell others about their happy experience.

So, how do you make customers happy? By serving them well - with the right attitudes. Or more to the point, by an underlying attitude which radiates out your wishes for the best of your customers. You can only offer the most useful. Your underlying philosophy should be one of helping your fellow-citizen. The more you help your "neighbor", the more benefits come back to you.
